Cinnamon Sugar Crusted French Toast

1 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
Combine sugar and cinnamon and mix until cinnamon is evenly distributed.
Pour into a shallow container that is large enough to accommodate a slice of bread, reserving 2 Tbsp for the egg mixture (see below).
2 Tbsp Cinnamon Sugar
6 Eggs
⅓ Cup Milk
¼ tsp Vanilla
8 Slices of White Bread
Whisk together cinnamon sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla.
Pour into a shallow container that is large enough to accommodate a slice of bread.
Dip both sides of the slice of bread into the egg mixture, then dip both sides into the cinnamon sugar.
Cook on a skillet at 325 degrees until one side is golden brown.
Flip bread to cook the other side.
Serve with fresh fruit, powdered sugar, syrup and/or whipped cream.
