Garden Fresh Strawberries
I have a wonderful strawberry patch in my backyard. It starts producing around the end of May and I am still picking strawberries into September or October. Some harvests are more plentiful than others but I am always grateful for the fruit that my strawberry patch provides. When my little patch is really producing, I like to show off my harvest on social media. These pictures are from one of those times.
Back in the late spring, I had just gotten my first SHOTBOX prototype and I hadn't played with it too much yet. I wanted to take a quick picture of this amazing strawberry harvest to post on Facebook and Instagram so I sat the bowl down on my kitchen table and snapped a quick pic. My husband suggested that I take another picture in my SHOTBOX. I hadn't really thought about doing that because, like I said, the SHOTBOX was a new thing for me and it wasn't foremost in my mind. But I went ahead and set up my SHOTBOX with a wood plank base and a ceramic tile background and snapped a few pictures. I was amazed at the difference! The picture on my kitchen table is not as crisp and clear as the one in my SHOTBOX. The kitchen table has a glare on it that is reflecting onto the strawberries. The colors aren't quite as vibrant on my table. Overall, my kitchen table just didn't produce as nice a picture as my SHOTBOX! These were the first pictures that showed me what a difference a SHOTBOX can make! Now I am a believer!
