Tangy Morning Smoothie Recipe

Makes 2-4 servings
1/2 Banana
1 Orange (with Pith)
1 Thin Slice of Lime (with Peel)
1 1/2" Thick Slice of Pineapple (with Core)
1 1/2 Cup Fresh Spinach, Firmly Packed
1 T Honey or Agave -or- 2 Packets Natural Sweetener
1 Scoop Protein Powder
1 Cup Ice
1. Peel and slice fruit.
2. Add all ingredients to the blender.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Enjoy!
