7 Year Old's Journal Entry

My son was cleaning his room the other day and he came across a journal that he kept 6 years ago. It was fun to see his handwriting, his spelling, his artwork, and his perspective. At that time, he was supposed to fill up a full page each day and one of his tricks was to write, "Soooooooooooooooooooooo" with as many O's as possible to fill space. This particular journal entry employs that tactic as well as artwork rather than words to fill space. What a clever 7 year old! This journal will always be a treasure, not only for the documentation of the things he did back then but also because it illustrates who he was...a creative, resourceful, enthusiastic little boy who's focus was on fun and electronics in all forms! In case you can't decipher the text, here is what he had to say about June 9, 2011 with the correct spelling other than the word "Soooooooooooo."
"Today I woke up. We watched TV until noon. Then we went on water bikes. It was soooooooooooo fun! Dad and I took our shoes off then started to pedal. Then we went to Baldwin Beach. The End. PS. We caught a crawdad."

Below you can see the setup inside the box. Since my intent was to zoom in on the journal page, it didn't matter what my base and background looked like. It also didn't matter that the left side of the journal was propped up against the side wall of the SHOTBOX. I used the topshot feature to take the picture of the journal page.
