Jr. High School Cooking Project

My daughter's Jr. High School English teacher gave out a unique assignment. The kids were to work on any project that interested them over the course of a couple of months and at the end (a couple of weeks away), they will write a paper about their experiences and the things they learned. My daughter decided that she wanted to work on cooking, baking and building a recipe collection. I wholeheartedly supported this project as I envisioned reaping the rewards of her efforts! I have definitely enjoyed the tasty treats and meals that she has come up with. What a wonderful project!
Not only has my daughter made some wonderful dishes, she has also taken some great pictures of her creations. It was surprising to me to learn that she has been using my SHOTBOX to photograph each item. I had no idea that she was going into my office, setting up my SHOTBOX, staging her shots and getting great results. I love that the SHOTBOX is so easy to use that even a Jr. High School student can use it, unassisted!
Above, you see a couple of shots of Eggless Cookie Dough With Butterscotch Chips. I definitely enjoyed that recipe! Below, you see a shot of Soft Pretzels which were also quite tasty. I am seeing a trend here...my daughter definitely gravitates towards the baking end of the spectrum. She is a girl after my own heart!

Because my daughter took these shots without my knowledge, there are no shots of the SHOTBOX setup.
